Booking & Availability

1. Sessions are available by appointment only.

2. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your session date and time.

Deposit

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

2. The deposit will be applied toward your total session fee.

Payment

1. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the session.

2. Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers (e.g., Zelle, PayPal).

Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session.

2. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original session.

Cancellations

1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will forfeit the deposit.

2. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Session Day

1. Please arrive on time to maximize your session experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

2. Be prepared with any outfits, props, or vehicles needed for the shoot.

Image Delivery

1. Edited images will be delivered within 5-10 business days after the session via an online gallery.

2. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Copyright & Usage

1. Jaiden Williams Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images.

2. For commercial use, additional licensing fees may apply.
